Key dates
1991 – beginning of importing Russian oils to Lithuania.
1994 – legal registration of UAB Soliris.
1995 – signing of contract with Kuwait Petroleum International. UAB Soliris became an exclusive distributor in Lithuania.
2006 – the Ministry of Environment issued UAB Soliris a Waste Management License No 000541, amended and updated on 10-06-2011.
2010 – a subsidiary in Latvia SIA Soliris started operations.
2011 – signing of contract with Orlen Oil.
